The Client acknowledges and agrees that the products and services provided by Get Web Solution LLC are business-to-business (B2B) professional services, which are performed, initiated, or made available upon execution of the applicable service agreement, invoice approval, and/or this Credit Card Authorization.
Except where expressly stated otherwise in a written service agreement signed by both parties, fees for Accounting, Bookkeeping, Auditing, Tax Preparation, Payroll, Software-related services, and any bundled or custom professional services are non-refundable once services have commenced. Services are deemed commenced upon initiation of work, allocation of professional resources, access activation, configuration, consultation, filing preparation, or any other performance activity within the agreed scope.
If a refund is expressly approved in writing by Get Web Solution LLC in accordance with its internal policies or a specific written agreement, any such refund will be issued only to the original payment method, and only for the portion of services not yet performed, if applicable.
The Client agrees that dissatisfaction with results, subjective expectations, change of business circumstances, or failure to utilize services after commencement does not constitute grounds for a refund where services have been performed in accordance with the agreed scope and documentation.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law; however, the Client acknowledges that documented authorization, identity verification, service commencement, and delivery records may be used as evidence in the event of a billing inquiry or dispute.
